This website is operated for Rhett Embry by Ascend Artist Group (“AAG”), the artist's management company.

Booking offers

Details you submit on the booking form go to AAG's existing inquiry system so AAG's booking team can review and answer your offer. Submissions pass through this site's host, Vercel. They are saved in AAG's inquiry log in Google Sheets and sent to AAG's booking inbox as an email notification through Google. They are not used for marketing.

Cookies and browser storage

This site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn't use browser storage for tracking.

Fonts, artwork and previews from other providers

Some pages request files hosted by other providers.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts when pages are displayed.
Album and single artwork is requested from Apple for music content.

Like any website request, these providers receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, the referring page and the time of the request. They handle it under their own privacy practices.

Players and videos

Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube players are not loaded until you choose to play. Those services then apply their own policies.

Tickets and show alerts

Ticket and show links open the seller's or Bandsintown's own site, under their own policies. This site doesn't handle ticket purchases.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure website visits and interactions, where configured. It does not use cookies, and we don't send it your name, email or phone number.
